We advise and represent you in the execution of cease-and-desist actions for all types of intellectual property rights or defend you against cease-and-desist actions by third parties. I have extensive experience in drafting infringement actions and cooperating with attorneys at law to enforce your rights before German infringement courts in trademark and also in patent infringement proceedings. I am also authorized to represent you as European Patent Litigator before the newly established Unified Patent Court (UPC).
