Designs

The design is the appearance of a product, which results in particular from the features of the lines, contours and colors of the shape surface structure and / or the materials of the product itself or its decoration. We will be happy to advise you on the registration of designs and also carry out this registration for you. Furthermore, we are also happy to advise you and represent you in the cancellation of designs from the German or the European register. We will gladly help you if the sale of your product on an Internet sales platform has been blocked due to an alleged design infringement.

We represent your application at the DPMA, the EUIPO as well as the WIPO. We handle your design application through our network of foreign colleagues in other countries and represent you before the DPMA or EUIPO in cancellation proceedings.
